Our Terrace Bar menu is perfect for the summer months, offering delightful options like lemon & thyme roast chicken ciabatta with butter lettuce, lemon, and mayonnaise, or Scottish smoked salmon with edamame beans, crushed avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, capers, and toasted seeds. If you prefer something heartier, try our Beales cheeseburger with pickled cucumber, burger relish, bib lettuce, and triple-cooked chips. Vegetarian guests will also find plenty to enjoy, such as our spiced sweet potato & chickpea wrap with baby spinach and coconut yoghurt.
