Signage and Use of Public Areas
Your booking includes the exclusive use of your private event room. To help preserve the elegant atmosphere of West Lodge Park for all our guests, we kindly ask that decorations, signage, balloons, and other event materials are kept within your private function room and are not displayed in the hotel’s public areas.
Should any signage or decorations be placed outside the allocated event space, we reserve the right to request their removal. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
